What we did
- Medical assessments for the reimbursement listing of a cough-assist device in the German medical-aids directory (HMV), across a series of patients, with follow-up supplements in 2026.
- Formal specialist opinions on quality and regulatory questions, for example on oxygen supply, written for the client's quality management.
- Evaluation of partnership and product candidates from the physician's chair: home FeNO measurement with a return-on-investment recommendation, an inhaler-training device, a digital paediatric asthma therapy, a service concept, sleep-lab shirts.
- Prescriber-side tooling: review of the oxygen prescription fill-in guide, answers to prescription questions from the field.
- Team training: the annual training days in Bremen with lectures on oxygen therapy, sleep therapy and ventilation for the whole team including new staff, with the decks handed over for internal use.
- Medical content for marketing and search: the project on strengthening medical content for search systems, run with OxyCare's online marketing.
- One live working session in February 2026 in which EvoMed used several AI tools in real time to build the medical and economic comparison between a ventilator with a pursed-lip-breathing function and devices from OxyCare's own portfolio.
What we did not do
Patient-level data, the individual assessments and the regulatory files stay with OxyCare and are not published here.

EvoMed Consulting didn't just advise us on individual questions, they guide us through complexity. Dr. Havkic helped us understand where clinical reality, regulation, and reimbursement truly intersect, and how to make the right decisions at each step. That guidance gave us clarity, confidence, and a much smoother path to adoption.
